Hi Everyone!

Here are some important updates from NewPointe Millersburg. REMEMBER: ONLY ONE SERVICE AT 10:30am this week as we celebrate our 2 year anniversary.

GroupLink: Sunday October 2^nd. If you are interested in joining a small group at NewPointe Millersburg sign up this week!

Visitation Requests: If you or someone you know is in the hospital, nursing home, bed ridden, etc you can now request a visit thru our newpointe.org website.

New Building Progress!

Progress continues on the excavation of our new home on State Route 39 West of Millersburg. The first phase of digging a retention pond is finished and excavation on the rest of the site is moving ahead. We are also nearing completion of the modeling efforts in our “Office Annex” building (formerly Le Country Carpet). The remodeling there is slated to be finished by the end of this month at which time the office will be available for our permanent use!

Sun. September 18^th 2 year anniversary:

Just a reminder that on Sunday September 18^th we will be celebrating the 2 year anniversary of NewPointe Millersburg. For that celebration we will be combining into one service at 10:30am and having both pre and post service activities. Our post service activities will include a free meal, and we encourage everyone to attend and bring a friend!

Hi Everyone!

Here is a sneak peek at a promotional board that we will have up at the MIL Campus within the next week or two! It shows some outside drawings, the finalized layout, and a computerized rendering that shows with some color what the finished product will be. Exciting stuff! This is going to be HUGE as we make strides towards a permanent home for our Campus and having a great tool to better reach our community....

Progress, progress, progress!

Hi Everyone,

Things are continuing to progress at our Millersburg Campus building site and I thought I would share a picture with you. As you can see all the old buildings have been removed in this picture, and since it was taken we have cleared off even more of the trees and other debris. Things are shaping up to begin construction soon!

Feel free to stop by the property and look around. It is located 1 mile west of Millersburg on SR 39. There is a NewPointe sign up so it isn't hard to find.

Hi Everyone!

Can you believe its April already? In just 4 weeks, Sunday April 24^th, we will be celebrating Easter at all our NewPointe campuses. At Millersburg we will be having two services, at 9am and 11am, which will both have children’s programs available.

This is a great opportunity for all of us to invest into the lives of our friends, family, and neighbors and invite them to our services at this time of year.

And don’t forget, we have services every Sunday at the West Holmes High School at 9am and 11am. So see you Sunday!

Good Morning Everyone!

Just a reminder that NewPointe Millersburg will be meeting at the West Holmes Middle School this Sunday at 9am and 11am, hope to see you there!

Also, here are a few updates from NewPointe…

Evening with Dwight: Join us at the Millersburg Office building at 7:15pm on Wed March 9^th for an evening of leadership and spiritual development with Dwight Mason, our lead Pastor. This event is open to everyone, but come early for a seat! The Millersburg office building is located at 8882 SR 39 West, Millersburg, OH.

Pray for Only God: Our Only God initiatives are beginning to take flight as we remodel in Canton and are getting ready to build in Millersburg. Please continue to pray for the all projects but in regards to the Millersburg project here are 10 things you can pray for specifically…

1. Annexation of the land with the city of Millersburg

2. Partnership attitude with city officials and fair board (good working relationship)

3. City utilities delivered on time and budget by fair board

4. Amicable departure of current tenants. New homes become available for them.

5. Affordable plan for moving the power lines. Possible deal with Wayne Holmes Electric in exchange for right-a-ways that they need.

6. Safety for all workers

7. Determining the best building plans

8. Our leadership team and future building committee

9. Continued good “buzz” within our community

10. Divine opportunities to invest and invite friends, family, neighbors, and others.

First a BIG thank you to everyone for making our "Only God" series and campaign at NewPointe a great success! We are well on our way to beginning to see God change our story and change our world. Hi Everyone!

Here are some important dates to keep in mind at NewPointe in the next few weeks...

October 24th-All small groups special meeting: Every NewPointe small group will be meeting on Sunday October 24th to watch a DVD from Dwight and the NewPointe leadership that will officially kick off our "Only God" fundraising campaign for the future.

October 31st-First message in the "Only God" series! You don't want to miss this...

Nov. 7th-Millersburg Campus Q and A session. Sunday November 7th at 4pm Dwight will be at the current Millersburg office building for a special Q and A session about the plans for NewPointe. This is our chance to see him in a smaller group setting and to hear straight from his heart about where NewPointe is going and ask questions live too!

Nov. 21st-Commitment Sunday! This is the day we are asking everyone to commit a financial amount to the campaign.

Nov. 28th-First Fruits offering

These next 6 weeks are going to be pivotal for NewPointe and you don't want to miss any of it so see you on Sunday!

We have kicked off a new series at NewPointe called "Alternate Endings". When all is said and done life boils down to the choices we make. So what kind of choices are you making? That is the point of our alternate ending series. We all want to make better choices so see you on Sunday!

NewPointe Millersburg Fall Calendar...

Monday August 23rd: NewPointe 101 at the MIL office building

Want to know more about NewPointe? Then our 101 class is for you. This class touches on key doctrines as well as "why we do what we do". We will be holding this event in our new office location! Located in the old Le County Carpet building, we now have a meeting and office site for our NewPointe campus.

Sunday August 29th: Promotion Sunday

If you have a child in our Family Life programs remember this day because this is the day they move to their new classes! When you check in on the 29th your child may need to change environments. Our Family Life workers will be there to assist you in this and help get everyone in the right spot.

Sunday August 29th: 1st Anniversary Celebration

Can you believe it has been 1 year already! That is so amazing and we want to celebrate the one year anniversary of our Millersburg campus. We will be holding a special meal that day so plan on staying after service to enjoy the party!

Sunday Sept 12th: Begin 2 services

Beginning on the 12th we will have two services at our Millersburg campus. One at 9am and the other at 11am. We still need help filling to volunteer roles required for this transition, so if you would like to help (particularly in the areas of setup/tear down and children) please let us know.

Tuesday Sept 21st: SHAPE class at MIL office building

Ever wonder where you fit in as a volunteer? Then our Shape class is for you! This class helps guide you towards the ministry that you would fit best in and will be held at our Millersburg office building.

Sunday October 3rd: Fall Grouplink at Millersburg

Grouplink is back! As NewPointe we believe that life happens best when shared with a group and we want you to get join a group. Grouplink helps you do that. All you have to do is sign up and we will direct you from there!

A big thank you to everyone who helped make Community Impact Day in Millersburg a big success. We had over 150 people working on Projects in the Millersburg area AND over 1000 from NewPointe working throughout our communities. What an impact all those project made! Thanks again to all who helped!

Community Impact Day is this Week!

Get your work boots and gloves on people because Community Impact Day at NewPointe is coming up this Sunday! This is a day where we take a break from our usual Sunday schedule and all go forth into the community to help make a physical difference thru various work projects. This year we will have people working on the Holmes County Trail, the Holmes County Home, the Holmes County Fair Grounds, Skyview Ranch, and many, many other projects. Thanks to everyone who is taking part and pass the word that there will be no Sunday service at the West Holmes High School this week.

Also don't forget! Our Millersburg Campus will be moving to two services (9am and 11am) on Sept 12th and we want everyone to know about it! There are also multiple serving opportunities so contact us asap if you are interested.
